Agreement
By creating an account or using Big Tune, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person or evade a suspension.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Big Tune a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, process and display it only as needed to operate, moderate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights or permission needed to submit each clip, link, image and message.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. You may not submit illegal, infringing, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive or privacy-invasive content; harass users; automate spam; probe security; evade limits; or interfere with the service.
Music and third-party services
Big Tune helps communities identify music but does not grant rights to third-party recordings. In-app microphone recordings and uploaded files are limited to 30 seconds; uploaded files are also limited to 50 MB. Every clip must still be limited to what is reasonably necessary to request identification. External platforms and links are governed by their own terms.
Moderation
We may review reports, reduce visibility, remove content, limit features or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or comply with law. We may preserve relevant records while a safety, fraud or legal matter is reviewed.
Service availability
Big Tune is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, fail or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using Big Tune and delete your account at any time. Provisions that reasonably need to survive—such as licences already needed for backups, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers and dispute provisions—continue after termination.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will identify the effective date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Questions can be sent to hello@bigtune.id.
